Accessibility at Big Game

Harlequins strive to ensure that all supporters have the best possible experience at our fixtures.

Please note:

We expect attendance to be high at Big Game 16, with potential total attendance reaching 80,000 people. Please therefore note that there will very likely be crowds on the day as well as loud noises from the crowd, music acts and pre-match show which will include (flames, fireworks, pyros, flashing lights).

For those with sound sensitivity, sensory processing needs and young children, we would recommend bringing your own ear defenders to the event.

The following accessible resources will be available at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham:

The room will be available on a come-and-go/first-come, first-serve basis due to maximum occupancy limits, with a recommended stay of 30 minutes to ensure availability to other supporters who may benefit from the room.
