Accessible tickets

Harlequins are proud to announce a new collaboration with Nimbus Disability, becoming the first Gallagher Premiership club to partner with the accessible ticketing scheme.

Nimbus Disability will operate a FREE customer digital access pass scheme for Harlequins as well as equipping the Club to accept the Nimbus Access Card which acts as a discreet way of communicating an individual’s access requirements to venues and at events across the UK and beyond.
For further information on this scheme, you can read our news article HERE

Registering is a three-step process, is valid for three years and is completely free.

For supporters wishing to apply for the free Harlequins digital access pass you can get a head start by APPLYING HERE.

You can upgrade your free registration to a full Access Card application, it costs just £15 and is valid for three years by APPLYING HERE.
You can find out more information about The Access Card provided by Nimbus - HERE.

An upgraded card provides you with the same benefits as the free registration, as well as the following:

  • Recognised at venues across the UK and beyond
  • Potential free companion tickets at venues and events across the UK
  • Receive a Photo ID card with clear symbols relating to your accessibility needs
  • Informative online access directory
  • Access to a closed Facebook Community group.

Those supporters that already have an Access Card will not need to reapply. Please contact the Club to submit your card details ahead of purchasing Season Ticket Membership or a match ticket for next season.

What happens next?
Once you have received your digital access pass or if you have an Access Card, simply send your full name as it appears on the confirmation email or Card along with the ID number to supporterservice@quins.co.uk and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your seating options.

Useful Information
If you are not able to use online forms and would be unable to access online sales you do still need to register. Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone registration on 0330 808 5108.
