Managing your Friends and Family Network

To RENEW a Season Ticket Membership or PURCHASE A RESERVED SEAT on behalf of a Friend or Family member you MUST have the MANAGE permissions in place. These steps MUST be completed BEFORE the renewal process.


1. When you are on the Friends & Family Network page, click on the arrow
next to the person’s name you wish to edit.


2. In the first Box under ME, ‘I can ASSIGN Tickets to (your contact’s name), click EDIT on the right-hand side.


3. To edit your privileges on your friends account you need to choose the second option “I can MANAGE tickets for (your contact’s name).”


4. When you click SEND REQUEST – a request will be sent to your contact’s registered email address. They will need to ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST by logging into their own account and following the steps in the email. Once they have agreed to these permissions you will be able to renew a season ticket membership or purchase a reserved seat on their behalf.
