Can I bring a Personal Assistant or Carer?

Yes, if required, Ambulant and non-Ambulant Supporters are welcome to bring Personal Assistants or carers with them to The Stoop if required. 

Supporters requiring an accessible seat will need to contact the club at or by calling the team on 0208 410 6000 outlining their disability access requirements and, if required, reason for requesting a Personal Assistant. This will be submitted together with supporting documentation for proof of eligibility. The Club will offer one complimentary ticket to each supporter that requires a PA or Carer providing the below requirements are met.

All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis so we will be happy to assess your documentation on its own merits.

Accessibility Access Supporting Documentation

The Club will accept any of the following as supporting evidence:

  • Receipt of middle or higher rate mobility or care component Disability Living Allowance (DLA) dated within the last 12 months
  • Receipt of either the PIP Allowance or Attendance Allowance dated within the last 12 months

Please note that receipt of an Orange/Blue badge will not be considered sufficient proof of disability for a disabled match ticket under the Ticketing Policies and Club Schemes for Disabled supporters for season 2023/24.
