How does Print@Home ticketing work?

If you have selected Print at Home tickets, your tickets will be sent to you via email at least one week ahead of the fixture as a separate PDF document (these are sent from noemail@ticketmaster.co.uk)
You must either print the attachment(s) or download to your phone as a PDF in order to gain access to the match/event.

If you choose to print your tickets, these must be printed on A4 paper (one ticket per page, single sided) and with a portrait orientation. Please do not adjust the size or content of the ticket as this will delay your entry into the ground. Upon entry you will need to scan the SMALL barcode on the side of the A4 ticket.

PLEASE NOTE tickets can also be scanned directly from your mobile device with a clear (uncracked) screen as a PDF image. You will need to download each attachment and send each ticket to the relevant guest. You will then need to scan the barcode shown on your phone upon entry and scan the LARGE barcode at the top of the screen.
